Backyard Campout August 21/22
Pack 1152 summer backyard campout on the grounds of St. Sebastian will be held on Saturday August 21 through Sunday August 22. Your den leader will provide more details.
Car Wash Fundraiser July 25th!
Our annual car wash fundraiser will be held on July 25th at Westborn Auto Clinic, on Monroe near Outer Drive. We will be there from 10-3. Please tell everybody you know to come get their car washed by some very eager kids.
Raingutter Regatta and Picnic June 12
Join us to kick off our summer with our annual Raingutter Regatta and picnic. Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Boat Races, Games... there's even a rumor that some water balloons will be around. More details to follow.
Michigan Memorial Flag Display
Pack 1152 was invited by Michigan Memorial Cemetary to honor our fallen veterans. Each year they invite groups to come out and place flags at the gravesites for those who served our country. Please join us Saturday May 22 at 9 am at the Cemetary. You can find directions to Michigan Memorial Here. This is a real honor for our pack and we can perform a great honor for our country, which is a Scout's Duty.
St. Sebastian Festival Parade
St. Sebastian's annual Spring Festival kicks off the weekend of May 21-23. On Saturday, May 22 at 11 am is the parade where we show our spirit to the surrounding community. Once again Pack 1152 will lead the way with a flag march. Please meet in the parking lot on the festival grounds at 10:45 so we can organize. Scouts should be in uniform for this event.
Thanks to all who helped out with the Craft show
We had a great turnout at the St. Sebastion Craft Show. Pack 1152 sold baked goods along with other items that were generously donated. We also handed the concessions. Everybody's efforts are appreciated.
Scouts and Parents Make Pancake Breakfast a Success!
The Scouts from Pack 1152 were called upon to provide manpower support for its chartered organization's monthly Pancake Breakfast in February. The Scouts (and parents) gave willingly of their time and effort to make the event very successful! Many compliments were shared about the boys hard work and courtesy. Thank you for all of your work!
A Scout is Reverent
A Scout is Reverent, We learn that in the "
Cub Scout Promise" when we prom is to do our Duty to God.
It tells us that in the "Scout Law" that we learn as WEBELOS and
into Boy Scouts. We even see it as we are driving into
camp. Once more we were able to witness it this past
Sunday as we gathered together in celebration of Scout Sunday.
On behalf of the leaders I would like to thank all of our Scouts
and their families that joined us. I would also like to
congratulate those Scouts who earned their Religious Emblems.
You have achieved something that will stay with you for a
lifetime. The memory of a moment !
